Where this list comes from

Our Arizona roster uses covered records from Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). A current source check is still needed. Counts describe records in that snapshot, not every business operating in the state.

A license or registration record is a starting point. Credential types and scope differ by jurisdiction; a listing does not establish today's status or authorization for every type of work.

Before hiring, match the business and credential number with the relevant authority, check scope and current status, and confirm local permits. Contacts and Google ratings, when present, are separate enrichment rather than licensing evidence.

Why ContractorRoster

Public records, organized for your territory.

Find concrete contractors for driveways and walkways, patios and slabs, and related work. Choose your territory and review available contacts before buying. Check the source credential and project scope before hiring.

Arizona: credentials and scope

Arizona ROC issues residential, commercial and dual contractor licenses. The classification determines the permitted work; a dual classification combines specified residential and commercial scopes.

Check the full class code and description. A general building classification and a specialty classification are not interchangeable, and the word dual does not authorize every trade.

Example: For a business renovating both a storefront and a residence, compare each scope against the contractor's actual ROC classifications.

Read the complete ROC classification, including its market scope
  1. Record the full classification code from ROC and open its description. Residential, commercial and dual are scope distinctions; a business name containing “construction” does not identify the right class.
  2. Compare each part of the proposal with that description. Where a specialty or subcontractor is involved, ask for the relevant credential rather than treating a general title as a list of every permitted activity.
  3. For projects spanning a home and business premises, identify which classification covers each. Ask ROC about a boundary case with the actual scope attached, and check permits with the project jurisdiction.

Example: the same company bids a house renovation and a storefront fit-out. A dual classification may be relevant, but you still need to read which work it combines; “dual” does not mean every possible trade.

Common questions about concrete contractors in Arizona

How do I research concrete contractors in Arizona?

Start with the authority for the trade and project locality. Match the exact business and credential number, check current status and scope, then ask about local permits, insurance and comparable work. A directory listing or rating does not complete those checks.

How many concrete contractors does the Arizona roster cover?

Our snapshot contains 1,110 records in this category. Records are not necessarily unique companies, and source coverage is not a census of every business in the state.

Where does this data come from?

Covered records come from Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). License and registration types differ; check the credential that applies to your project. Contacts and ratings are separate enrichment where available.

What contact information is included?

Available fields can include phone, email, website and Google ratings. Availability varies by record and selection; an unavailable field is not a zero, closure or negative finding. Review the selected inventory before purchase.

What will my list cost and when will it arrive?

The current purchase flow shows the price for your selected territory and filters before checkout. Larger website orders are typically delivered within one business day. Custom research scope and delivery timing are agreed before purchase.

Does this list establish current license status?

No. The recorded source refresh date is 2026-09-02. This is a snapshot rather than a live-status guarantee. Verify the appropriate official record before hiring.

From $19. Pay for what you draw

Draw your territory on the map; the price follows the size of the list. Pay once. Larger website orders typically arrive within one business day. No subscription, no account.
